Choose one with ergonomically shaped handles, so that your hands can withstand the activity longer, and do not forget to purchase fitness gloves; especially the first times you do exercise, it will be almost natural for warts to appear on your hands, and wearing protective gloves will prevent them from appearing.

If, instead, you desire to quickly learn jump rope tricks, choose a lighter rope which does not require any effort from your arms and so you can focus your energy on the jumping. For this purpose you could buy jump ropes which are made of nylon or very thin ropes made of elastic fiber.
